How much does house cleaning cost in Charlotte?

Most Charlotte cleaning quotes are hourly estimates or “starting at” ranges that firm up after a phone call. We price flat by bedroom count instead: Standard Cleaning starts at $149, Deep Cleaning at $249, and Move-In / Move-Out at $349 for a 1-bedroom home. Extra bedrooms and bathrooms have set adjustments, add-ons are flat prices you can see above, and the estimate form shows your exact first-clean price before you book anything.

Deep cleaning vs. standard cleaning — which one?

Standard covers the maintenance areas: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and accessible surfaces. Deep adds the buildup work most cleans miss — baseboards, cabinet fronts, door frames, window sills, switches, and a detailed kitchen-and-bath scrub. If it's our first visit or it has been a while since a thorough clean, Deep Cleaning is usually the right start; homes already cleaned regularly maintain well on Standard. Empty homes changing hands are what Move-In / Move-Out is built for.
