What is included in standard cleaning?

Counters, sinks, exterior appliances, stovetops, microwave exteriors, toilets, mirrors, tubs and showers, accessible dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash. The full checklist is on the standard cleaning page.

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning includes everything in standard, plus baseboards, cabinet fronts, door frames, window sills, light switches, and a more detailed scrub of bathrooms and kitchens. It's the right starting point if your home hasn't had a thorough clean in a while.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — supplies and equipment are included. If you have specific products you'd like us to use (allergies, surface finishes, etc.), let us know in your request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't. Most customers leave us access instructions (door code, lockbox, garage). You're welcome to be home if you prefer.

Do you clean Airbnbs?

Yes — Airbnb turnovers are available with limited capacity right now while we onboard new partners. Submit a request and we'll confirm whether we have a slot for your turnover schedule.

Charlotte and the surrounding metro: Matthews, Huntersville, Ballantyne, Concord, Harrisburg, Fort Mill, Pineville, Mint Hill, Cornelius, Davidson, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Weddington, Belmont, Mount Holly, Tega Cay, and Rock Hill. If you're nearby but not on the list, submit a request — we may still be able to help.

Can I schedule recurring service?

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring schedules. Recurring customers receive a discount on each visit and have first priority for time slots.

How do you handle pets?

We love pets. Please mention them in your estimate request so we can prepare. If your pets are anxious around new people, let us know and we'll plan accordingly.

What if my home needs more work than expected?

If we arrive and the scope is meaningfully different from what was described, we'll pause and call you with options before adding any time or cost. We don't believe in silent upcharges.

How do cancellations work?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Inside 24 hours we may charge a small fee that covers our team's reserved time. Reschedules are usually free if we can fill the slot.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Let us know. If something from the agreed checklist was missed, we'll review the visit with you and work through it. We confirm scope before scheduling so expectations are clear on both sides.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?

On recurring service, yes — we keep the same lead cleaner whenever schedules allow. If your usual person is unavailable for a specific visit, you'll know in advance and the replacement will have your home's notes and checklist.

How are your cleaners screened?

Every team member completes a background check before their first job, signs our checklist-based standards agreement, and shadows a senior cleaner for at least three visits before working independently. References on request.

Can you accommodate allergies or sensitive products?

Yes. Tell us about allergies (pet dander, fragrance, dust, latex) or product preferences (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, specific surfaces) when you submit your estimate, and we'll match supplies and method to your home.
