Your first-clean price is based on the home details you provide: ZIP, service type, home size, condition, and any add-ons. Add-ons have a flat price you can add as you go, so you see the full price before requesting a window.

Standard Cleaning covers the core maintenance areas: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and accessible surfaces. Add-ons like inside fridge, oven, cabinets, and interior windows can be selected separately while you get your price.

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning includes everything in standard, plus baseboards, cabinet fronts, door frames, window sills, light switches, and a more detailed scrub of bathrooms and kitchens. It's the right starting point if your home hasn't had a thorough clean in a while.

What is included in move-in / move-out cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Move-in / move-out assumes the home is empty or nearly empty. Includes inside cabinets, drawers, and closets, plus floors, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms with extra detail attention. Heavy trash removal, carpet shampooing, wall washing, and exterior work are quoted separately.

Decluttering or organizing, junk removal, heavy trash removal, heavy clutter / hoarding cleanup, carpet shampooing, exterior windows, full wall washing, ladder work above shoulder height, mold remediation, and biohazard or pest waste. Mention any of these in your request and we'll follow up with a separate quote.

Do you help with decluttering?

Accepted Answer

Light tidying is okay. Decluttering, organizing, junk removal, or heavy clutter cleanup needs a separate quote so we can scope it correctly — cleaning is instant-priced, but decluttering is a different scope.

Do you bring supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — supplies and equipment are included. If you have specific products you'd like us to use (allergies, surface finishes, etc.), let us know in your request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't. Most customers leave us access instructions (door code, lockbox, garage). You're welcome to be home if you prefer.

Yes. You can add notes when you submit your request and update them anytime before the visit. A real person reads them before every appointment.

Most weeks we can confirm a slot within 3–7 days. Same-week availability depends on your area and current bookings — request a window online and we'll confirm by email/SMS.

Yes. You can reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment from your customer account. If your appointment is sooner than that, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.

How do cancellations work?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Inside 48 hours we may charge a small fee that covers our team's reserved time. Reschedules are usually free if we can fill the slot.

Let us know. If something from the agreed checklist was missed, we'll review the visit with you and work through it. The scope is shared before cleaning day so expectations are clear on both sides.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?

On recurring service, we keep the same lead cleaner whenever schedules allow. If your usual person is unavailable for a specific visit, you'll know in advance and the replacement will have your home's notes and checklist.

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring schedules. Recurring maintenance pricing may be available after your first visit, and you'll manage upcoming appointments from your customer account.

If we arrive and the scope is meaningfully different from what was described, we'll pause and call you with options before adding any time or cost. We don't believe in silent upcharges.

We love pets. Please mention them in your estimate request so we can prepare. If your pets are anxious around new people, let us know and we'll plan accordingly.

We're an early-stage local team. New cleaners join after a working-trial visit and reference review, and we're standardizing a formal background-check policy as we grow. If you'd like specifics about the team assigned to your home, ask before your visit.

Yes — Airbnb turnovers are available with limited capacity right now while we onboard new partners. Submit a request and we'll confirm whether we have a slot for your turnover schedule.
